About Ridgewood HOA
Preserving and enhancing the value of the
Ridgewood neighborhood for all property owners.
The Ridgewood Homeowner Association Board of Directors focuses on Communication and Education, Security and Emergency Preparedness, and Community Development.
If you have lived somewhere else where there was an HOA, you may view the purpose of an HOA as policing the neighborhood to make sure everyone toes the line – and nobody wants that. While the Ridgewood HOA strives to keep the neighborhood safe and clean for everyone – we are really here to address the needs of all property owners. You are not beholden to the HOA; rather, we are beholden to you. All board members serve on a voluntary basis.

Volunteer Opportunities
The community is supported by volunteers who strive to make our neighborhood the best it can be. Volunteering could mean taking a position on the board, helping with the neighborhood newsletter, or helping to organize any of our events. The time commitment is generally only a few hours a week, and the experience is rewarding. Plus, you get to know your neighbors. Please contact the HOA for more information. We value everyone’s ideas and participation.
HOA Meetings
HOA meetings are open to everyone: dates and times are posted on the bulletin board at the entrance to the community. We would love to have you join our meetings, or even volunteer for a position on the board or to help with one of our committees.
Current Committees
Several Standing Committees work within the neighborhood to help organize various functions.
