Ridgewood HOA Dues
Did you know that your contribution is tax-deductible?
In the Ridgewood neighborhood, HOA “dues” are voluntary. Residents are encouraged to contribute by paying what they can. The average donation is a yearly contribution of $50, but smaller amounts can still make a big difference.
The HOA plays a vital role in maintaining and enhancing the community. Here are some of the things HOA contributions help pay for:
-
Providing ice and sand for roads during the winter months
-
Constructing and hanging wreaths for the Christmas holiday
-
Creating and distributing the Ridgewood newsletter
-
Educating community members on fire mitigation strategies
-
Creating and delivering welcome baskets for new residents
-
Organizing chipping programs for slash piles
-
Providing roll-off dumpsters for flammable debris that cannot be chipped
-
Sponsoring the annual homeowner’s meeting and Spring Fling
-
Maintaining the website and neighborhood directory
-
Maintaining the bulletin board at the entrance to the neighborhood
-
Working with state, city, and county officials to keep our neighborhood safe and adequately maintained
